As I sit at the front bar the bartender has their phone in a black box at the register. She is far more concerned about it than me so I also have been on my phone due to lack of personal interaction. Etch is a great place but even it lacks personal interaction in slow times.
Best restaurant in nashville. Easily could stand on it's own if in NYC or Miami. Phenomenal, complex fare with a wide array of different cultural influences.

My husband and I came to Nashville to celebrate our honeymoon and happened upon this amazing restaurant! Everything about this place was outstanding; the staff was friendly and our waiter was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the menu. We got the butter tasting for our appetizer, it was great. As a visitor to Nashville, I wanted to check out one of the fine dining establishments - Etch did not disappoint! The food was good and the presentation was great! The staff was friendly and professional - especially our server, Katelyn. I found her to be quite personable and with a passion for what she does. All of her recommendations were excellent!!
Hands down one of the best restaurants I have discovered, from the staff to the food to the chef. Booked your private room for my team of executives for dinner last night and had dinner myself at Deb's bar. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Deb was so sweet to take a few minutes with us and listen to us rave about her creations. The fusion of flavors was amazing to say the least! 5 stars and a big WOW to Etch! I will definitely be back next time I am in Nashville.

Hands down, one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Swanky, sexy atmosphere, with a clean, industrial feel. Knowledgeable (and I mean knowledgeable), friendly staff. They really know the food, and which wines pair best. Inventive dishes with really unique flavor profiles. The Roasted Cauliflower is a religious experience. Must try -- Pork Belly and Butter Tasting appetizers! Can't WAIT to go back!
My new favorite restaurant! The cobia signature dish was one of the best meals I've ever had. Simply indescribable.
