Best Dinner Ever
Wish I could recall the incredible gentleman and woman who took care of my business partner and I at the bar the Saturday before Labor Day! They were so incredible I'd love to send a gift!!
What a wonderful surprise we got dining at "Etch" for our last night in Nashville this past week! We had tickets to the Schermerhorn, so wanted a place nearby, our first time there, but it won't be our last! Everyone on the staff was so professional but very personable, the food was beyond description! My husband's grouper, and my venison was perfectly prepared, almost too pretty to eat, but I'm glad we ate it, every bite was a gourmet experience!! Thanks to my favorite Nashville restaurant, Etch for a great lunch. When a few unusual glitches happened they graciously overdid making it right. Wonderful service, and the amazing food, is why it's my go-to.
Great place, the food was fantastic !
This restaurant is one of the best restaurants in the USA. The waiting staff are brilliant and the food is memorable. I never eat fish and I ate fish at Etch and loved it. The roasted cauliflower makes you want to eat cauliflower as your only food choice for the rest of your life! Do yourself a favor and take this advice from an Australian who lives in a culinary environment. Eat at Etch. You won't regret it. Tell them I sent you ;)
Amazing, amazing, amazing! We ate at the bar and our server was incredible. Very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm from Austin, TX and I'd go back again just to eat here!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience last night. The food was phenomenal and our waiter, James, made it such a lovely experience. We had the Duck Confit, Roasted Cauliflower, Venison, Lamb, and the Rhubarb Pecan Tart. The flavors in each dish were out of this world. Thanks for a great evening!
