Ordered the mussels as an appetizer. The most unique delicious dish I've ever had in the world. I was by myself and waitstaff treated me like royalty.
Amazing food, ambiance and service. Will definitely recommend and go back when visiting Nashville again.

Seriously one the BEST meals I've ever had...and I'm from New Orleans and know great food! Every bite was amazing and I didn't want the meal to end! Recommend: cauliflower, pork belly and butter starters...filet, pork and lamb entrees were divine!!! Chick pea side was phenomenal too! Edited to add: the Ice Cream Sundae and Chocolate Malt Toffee thing...oh my!!!
Dinner was absolutely amazing. We were having a late Valentine's celebration and absolutely loved everything. Our server Matt was attentive, knowledgable, and friendly. The food was outstanding. Best filet I've ever had. I couldn't be happier with our experience.
Amazing preparation. Who thought octopus could be nearly melt in your mouth. Nearly flawless service - save the 10 minute wait when one of the pairs of servers got stuck trying to take payment with a check and the other did not come by to take an opening drink order. Almost our entire experience was amazing. My husband and I happened upon Etch on accident. We knew it wasn't likely we were not going to get in on a Saturday night at 7pm w/out a reservation, but we hoped for a place at the bar. We know better, as we frequent restaurants across the country on a regular basis, but circumstances put us in a pickle. We had no choice. Always great fare and service. Definitely love the Coconut Lemongrass Chicken & Quinoa made spicy! Every dessert I've ever had was amazing. Matthieu was our server today and was very friendly, made great recommendations, and was very accommodating. Always look forward to dining here. Keep up the great work, guys!
