We tried the cauliflower appetizer, the venison, the lamb loin and the sweet bread mashed potato salad. All of which were delicious! It was an amazing meal to celebrate our anniversary with.

What a stellar cocktail menu this place has. If you like Old-Fashioneds, look no further. I definitely recommend the Smoked OF. Service is impeccable. Definitely recommend.

Stuffed ourselves silly for my sister's 40th birthday. I could live off of the Cauliflower and Beets & Berries salad. My filet was cooked to absolute perfection and was so tender it could practically be cut with a fork and it melted in my mouth. The lemon dessert...what a perfect finish. Service was terrific. And kudos to the bartender; finally, someone knows how to make a dirty martini!

Ridiculously wonderful anniversary dinner last night. Deb has been our favorite chef in Nashville for years and she has really hit her stride with Etch. Our new favorite dining destination. Congrats!

One of the best dinning experiences I've had in a long time. Too bad we live 400 miles away...

Disappointed. We arrived for an early dinner with out of town, east coast, friends, Roasted cauliflower was great, lamb very good, vegetarian dish a bit overwhelming with flavors, but good. Market catch very good, but only one of the mussels was open. While food was good, the service staff was just OK. As early as we arrived ( 5:30) it wasn't because the py were busy. With so many great places to eat in Nashville, service and passionate wait staff is typically distinguishes whether we return... It might be awhile with Etch,
