Just had the best salad I have ever had.

Over the past year I have frequented Etch with many friends and have NEVER been disappointed. Every time I go there is something new and innovative on the menu. The staff is always amazing...the food fantastic! Just proud that this establishment is in my home town! Headed there for lunch today!
