Outrageous dinner at Etch last evening, here we go: Duck Confit, Roasted Cauliflower, Beets and Berries Salad, Cobia and Pork Loin Entrees, Spiced Apple Sorbet and Sweet Potato Panacotta. Brilliant balancing of flavors and expert service. Whoever was expediting last night had their hands full yet, it was perfection! When we first walked in, it had a very unpleasant odor in the lounge area we almost walked out. The food however was excellent, lots of interesting flavors and textures. I would recommend the roasted cauliflower, cobia, and the spaghetti squash :-)
Truly amazing!!! Every dish was bursting with flavor! I had to clean my plate as the food was too wonderful to waste even one bite!
