Deb is truly an artist. The food, service, and atmosphere are top notch. There are so many restaurants to choose from and we always end up back at Etch. They make food that I normally don't like taste like the best thing I've ever eaten. I can't brag enough!
The food was amazing, duck was possibly the most flavorful food I've ever eaten. Our waiter did a fantastic job. If ever we are ever back in the area we will definitely revisit.
One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The creativity and art of the dishes with the experience of so many complementary but different flavors of each bite was just incredible. Highly recommended!
Fantastic food and service. Justin is a wonderful server. We had the roasted cauliflower, tenderloin, and Indian chicken. All were great!

One of the best examples of exemplqry customer service in the city. Everyone from the hostess to he wait staff was friendly, courteous and truly concerned with making our visit a memorable experience. He outstanding food nailed it!
We had a class reunion April 21 with 22 of us. Made reservations which was easy. We were treated like VIP's ...that's how Amy our host treated us. We are all women nurses..Girl power like Amy said. She even arrange for us to meet the Chef,who happen to be a woman chef Deb. I scored big time with my friends since I'm the one who made reservations. The food was excellent.
