Avoid like the plague. Whilst the accommodation is impressive, the service is abysmal and completely lacking. It’s truly like the blind leading the blind, I have never experienced anything like it in my life. I’m still waiting to hear back from them after an item of clothing was stolen by a hotel guest.

С самого начала все пошло не так. Дозвониться до ресепшена — это целый квест. На письма отвечают через раз. По приезду никто не мог внятно объяснить, где парковка. На завтраке творится какой-то хаос: столики грязные, официантов не дозваться, еду несут по 40 минут. Чувствуется, что менеджмент совершенно не справляется. За такие деньги ожидаешь безупречной организации, а получаешь нервотрепку.
