I was taken care very promptly. People were very curtious and friendly
A piece of a crown had broken off a few days earlier. Not knowing the severity of the problem (and with Christmas/New Year fast approaching) I called the office to explain. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and have one of the doctors assess the situation. Bottom line: I was not in imminent trouble. I scheduled another appointment in January 2015 to have the crown repaired before leaving the office the same day.
Thank you for the excellent service I appreciate it very much being a business owner. The pitch for extra's with respect to dental procedure should be lowered. Not ever one carries dental insurance. I for one do not. For example I was asked to have X ray at a cost of $68.00 and that this was a part of the State of Vermont's requirements and also the Professional Liability was requesting this info. I'm nervous every time I go to the dentist. They make every effort to put me at ease and have made every experience painless for me!
Service started on time and went very smoothly. Just wish the marketing of fluoride treatments weren't so overt and every time that I go for a cleaning.
I always enjoy speaking to Caitlin and the staff. Jamie is my favorite hygienist.
Had a routine cleaning that was a really pleasant experience. I am always a little skittish when visiting - but you guys are always so pleasant and professional. I really appreciate it a lot!
