I appreciate the professionalism at EFD. The staff is friendly yet still professional. I felt that the staff most always have my best interests at heart. I appreciate how they keep up with technology yet never let the technology interfere with the human aspect of care. On my last visit, I did notice that my treatment area had not been cleaned as well as usual. I do hope that this is not a trend.
This session for a filling replacement/repair was a most pleasant (as dental procedures could be) due to the professionalism of both Dr. McKay and Technician Nicole. I was seen immediately upon arrival by both Dentist and Technician. As one of "the older generation", I am continuously amazed at the level of the work done by the Dental Tech; it must involve much more education than in the past! Good job; pleasant people ; neat and professional appearing staff from front office to chair!
Even thought the pipes were frozen and our little ally of a 'room' was cold, our visit was still friendly and everyone made Bella feel comfortable. It was quick and on time, we didn't wait long and she got rewarded with a prize after for her great cooperation which is nice because at 4 years old loving to go to the dentist shows she is comfortable and has had good experiences there.
Wonderful place, staff is friendly and they open early and stay late. They even have Saturday hours and no one yells at you if you aren't the most reliable flosser in town. I've recommended Essex Family Dental to several people and they all have good experiences.

Essex Family Dental cares about its patients and strives to provide excellent customer service. Sometimes the staff are even too bubbly! My appointment was on time and conducted efficiently without much waiting time. The only down side is that they seem to find things wrong with my teeth and they aren't cheap to fix! But probably aging has something to do with that as well. Still, I think they do a great job and I'll go back.

I needed a filling and was ushered promptly into the patient care room. The procedure went quickly, smoothly, and without pain during or after the procedure. Staff was friendly and professional. Office staff thoroughly explained changes in dental coverage that took place since January 01, 2015. Thank you.
