Dental practice fine, but four e-mails and open phone call either before or after this visit definitely NOT! Enough, already.
Everyone is so friendly and understanding. It's a nonjudgmental place and they go the extra distance in making you feel at ease if you have dental anxiety. I've been going there for a little over 4 years and absolutely love them!!
Despite moving to another town, I continue to come back to Essex Family Dental because they are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They always go above just cleaning my daughter's teeth, they instruct in a helpful, child appropriate way. We will go to EFD as long as we live in Vermont!
I have the biggest dentist phobia....and these people are so wonderful...even thru my tears....thank you Brenda and Michelle and Kaitlin !
Attentive, responsive to my wishes and needs as a customer. Organized, courteous. See you at scheduled time, no unexpected wait time. Professional environment and ambiance of waiting room. Friendly people. Too soon to judge quality of work (had a couple of fillings done). Good cleanings. What stood out negatively was that dental hygienists or assistants not always wore eye protection, in addition to face (mouth, nose) masks, while polishing or doing cleaning work.
