My overall experience from start to finish was truly amazing! I am your neurotic patient that dreads going to your place. I was informed by Dr. Feeley that I needed a crown. He also informed me that this could be done in one visit, as he knows how petrified I am to go there. I as usual canceled my first appt on Oct. 20th. I had a 1:00 appt today and was told at the time of scheduling it would be about 3 hours total for the crown. I walked out of there today at 3:05....... Totally satisfied!!!!! Always easy to get appointment times that work with my schedule. Always a freindly staff. Always a clear explstation from Dr Feely. And NEVER a long wait in the reading room! I like you guys, I will miss you when I move back home to Vegas. Bob
Although I think the overall care was fine at my apt, I feel like things were a little busy at the office today and people were kind of rushing in and out of the room I was in. I would prefer having one hygienist take the time to start and complete my service rather than having several pairs of hands in and out of my mouth.
