The office checked me in promptly; after sitting for about three minutes, I was ushered into a chair to have the worker review my medical history and begin the first steps of the cleaning and dental examination. Then the hygienist took over to do the necessary scraping and digging. The procedure was painless and complete, followed by the oral examination by Dr. Feeley. It was a great visit other than having to wait about 1/2 hour for my appointment. I normally only wait about 5 or 10 minutes. Sondra is great. Office is great.
The entire staff is professional, cheerful, helpful and just stellar. My hygienist is thorough and careful and puts me at ease. I never experience any discomfort and I don't experience any anxiety about my dental care at this office. I have had my dental care provided by this office for over 20 years. I would highly recommend them. I have not had any problems with any of the fillings, crowns, or any other procedure. My husband and children are patients, as well.
When I first moved to the region, I tried several dental practices before finding Essex Family Dental. I was so impressed with the thoughtfulness and understanding of this staff. I had lots of dental work ahead of me and was greatly relieved to find a practice who understood my financial concerns. Every part of service was professional and friendly. The busy receptionists greet you quickly. The technicians are courteous and walk you through your visit well. Brenda is just amazing. And the Dr is always great to see.
