The girls here usually give me such a great haircut - they understand exactly what the customer wants and have amazing attention to detail. However, on my most recent visit the fella working there absolutely butchered my hair. He doesn't listen to the customer, and puts minimal effort into the cut. I honestly could have done a better job myself. Please let people book on your site with a specific hairdresser so I can avoid getting my hair cut by him again...
My first time with esquire and I haven’t left happy after having my hair cut in YEARS!!! Upon walking in I was treated and offered a drink which is very new to me. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going to Turkish barbers for many years and 2/10 times I’ve been fairly happy with my cut but most times I’ve left with my confidence literally cut away. They just never do what you ask! I was booked in with Chelsea who was friendly and made my first visit a pleasing one. She done exactly what I asked and MORE.... read more
