Horrible experience! Incompetent person carried out the lash lift treatment, that did not take at all. They booked me again to re-do it, then the manager decided not to come. Didn't even bother notifying. I requested a refund, which they objected, instead they kept blaming one another for a broken communication. Lack of civilised customer service.

Great experience as usual! I booked a brow threading and lash lift with Trupti, and really pleased with the results :D Brow Threading - Trupti gave great advice, and really took the time to make sure I was happy with the end shape. My brows look shaped but natural. Lash Lift - Smooth application, my lashes look really lifted as I requested, and the massage during was very relaxing. Had a great time, and love how they look! Will definitely be back

Trupti is incredible, one of the best pedicure therapists I've ever encountered. She is very skilled and always pays attention to the slightest detail, while checking that the customer is happy with the service as she goes. The best part of the session is always the foot and calf massage she offers, which honestly makes me feel spoiled! Can't wait to go back again.

Did deep facial cleaning of my face. The lady and the treatment was great. Three steps process..Rozy did excellent job. I also did chin and upper lip treading. The price and treatment were pretty good as well.
