Update in response to owner: I am well aware of the industry standard on no show fees but what I’ve explained multiple times is this wasn’t a genuine no show. Your reaction in dealing with this has been to assume I’ve done something wrong, and maintaining the charge just shows how little you value your customers. I used the reschedule link as I have done in the past, which books the new date/time with the same service details, I received a confirmation for my new appointment time. Peter is amazing. He understood exactly what I wanted and did a better job than I could’ve imagined. I’m beyond happy with my hair. He’s also very kind and a lovely person to chat with. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Peter and ESHK !
