Leigh came and did a couple of little jobs for me without any trouble! I will definitely use him again and would certainly recommend him.
Used twice and reliable service. Very happy with the patio and the extra work we asked for was completed quickly and well.
Leigh at ESF did an amazing job. Initially hired to restructure the roof to be a vaulted ceiling in a garage conversion, he ended up doing all the building work, flooring, partition walls, tiling, doors, the list goes on. I gave him all the work due to his attitude and professionalism. He went the extra mile and even came in his spare time to help us. I would highly recommend.
I don’t like writing bad reviews but I have to in this case and share our experience to save others experiencing the same. Unfortunately, the finish we have been left with in our downstairs bathroom has been remarked as “shocking” by other tradesmen we have had round to quote to fix it. The photos speak for themselves, in a nutshell, trim not put on with tiles, stuck on after, chipped tiles from cutting, tiles out of line - sloppy finish in general. Leigh has just done a great job replacing our roof valley and repointing the tiles. Price was competitive and work quality is great, he was honest and open about the work needed before and during.
