Escape has an amazing team of trainers, and an incredible class timetable. Using all the escape equipment.. it takes your training to a new level. It's great to be able to learn new exercises using new equipment, from extremely knowledgable and experienced trainers. I love going to classes at escape and you will always get such variety and fun!
Excellent trainers in Dan and Foxy with up to date and innovative training methods. Both PT and classes available- no better ways to get fitter locally.
