I booked an appointment for 12.30, the shop was very busy. This Emily told me sit. Nothing happens. I had asked for Koil as I have ingrown nail. This Emily starts the pedicure then goes to desk to help other people. If my feet were not wet I would have walked out. 2 people had already walked out. Very disappointing and a waste of £30.00. At.
I booked an appointment here today (24.12.25) and it appears to be permanently closed. Don’t book!
Gave me shellac nails when I repeatedly asked for gel nails, very rushed no care at all. Broke my natural nail and didn’t apologise. They have TWO shops !! But the one with a black header have the rude staff members, always rushing there work. Got my nails done down the road a lot better in service.

Newly refurbished and cosy vibes! Great nail service just make sure you book in advance. Julie is very good!
