Customer service here is appalling. You book on the phone and they still have the audacity to say you did not book. I have booked two nail appointments here and my most recent experience has been awful. My most recent nail appointment I was left waiting 40min after my booking with no update since entering just got told to sit down and wait. No polite welcoming or warm smile. I don’t usually give bad reviews but this nail shop has the rudest staff and worst customer service I have ever encountered. I gave this place another chance after my last terrible experience and they were still just as rude and unhelpful. I booked an appointment and arrived with confirmation yet they told me they were too busy and to try a different salon. The time before this, I had also booked and was told to wait before being completely ignored for 30 minutes and leaving. Safe to say I will never be coming back!
