Get directionsI signed up for a two week free trial and I ended up moving states to somewhere that doesn't have EOS fitness. EOS charged my account at the end of the two week period and refused to refund the charge after I explained I had moved to a state without EOS locations.

Cancelled both my husband and my accounts on November 16th, 2021. I've now cancelled through 4 different employees vis phone calls and emails, one is even the local operations manager, and I am still getting billed for my husband's account, which they have seemed to not been able to close! It's absolute insanity. Worst customer service as well in regard to their child care services.

After reading all the previous reviews ,I am shocked.Names ,****.Never have i had any issues with billing. I'm on the 25 a month plan.Sure its busy, so I plan around it.Anyways my review is for ******** and ************ have bad cancer, life ending stuff.The gym is my best option to continue with life.The chemo is so bad , I could barely walk.I am improving, but was in despair over my health. The staff at 83rd only knows that I train often. When I stepped on the scale and saw my weight, I almost collapsed. I weighed almost n... read more

Absolutely a billing Nightmare. I canceled my membership and still was over billed double billed .never again

I signed up for a membership before Covid and Eos had their locations shut down and I was lead to believe I would no longer be charged till I activate my account again. Yesterday I was convinced to the location on 59th and 101 from an employee saying that I owed $355 and that all can be resolved if I came down signed for a $10 a month account and $1 down. I had no idea I owed anything to the branch at all. Long story short I was told that I owed $825 when I showed up and the only way I could get rid of this debt was to sign ... read more
