No question this is a 5 star review. Leonard cam this morning to fix my disposal. Unfortunately I needed a new one. Leonard explained what was wrong and what a new one would cost and then installed it. He is a true professional. I will ask for him next time I need some help. I found ER Plumbing on my phone yesterday when 2 other plumbers did not return my calls. The receptionist found a time for me and was very courteous. Another outstanding local company.

ER Plumbing always responds promptly to my problems. I've used them for 19 years and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. On the most recent visit, Garrett arrived promptly, assessed the problem, explained how he would solve it and patiently began to work. He was respectful of the existing fixtures and sink, thorough, and tidy. When he finished the work area was cleaned. Thanks ER for another great service call.

We had a water leak from our disposal, called and spoke to Deborah, our call was not an emergency but approximately an hour later Richard was at our door. He investigated and repaired the leak - he had all parts on his truck. He explained all costs up front. Under an hour problem fixed. Great Job by all. Thank you.

Our problem was a downstairs bathroom over flowing we contacted E.R. Plumbing they sent someone out to give us an estimate. The workers were very professional and courteous. I would recommend E.R. Plumbing to my friends if they had plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!!

Jason was here and gone in a few hours. He took care of a pretty intense root blocking the pipes and saved me from having to bring my kids to my moms. Saved the day! Thanks E.R.

Lance fixed a problem with an outside faucet. I was extremely impressed and pleased with his knowledge and the professional way he went about his work---a definite asset to his company! I could write lots about my satisfaction but will just simply say, "Thank you Lance for a job WELL DONE!"

Terry did an excellent job, he fixed our problem, repaired the issue , cleaned up and the drains are working fine. I rate his work 5 stars
