Had work done today by Jeff M. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He was thorough and made us aware of a potential issue we need to correct. Very satisfied with the service received...will recommend the company to our friends!

Jason H came to our home to fix an unknown problem. He was soooo friendly, helpful, and immediately diagnosed the problem. I will now continue to use ER Plumbing because of Jason. Such a great guy!!!
Response time was well within promised arrival time. Brennan was professional, courteous, and resolved the issue satisfactorily. I waited a week before I posted this review and yes, I am very satisfied!
We were very please with the service Jeff provided today. One thing that was astonishing is he was on time. :-) It did not take him long to diagnose the problem and he started right to work. We are back on schedule in our home now. I must express how warm and friendly Jeff is and I really wish there were more people like him.
We have only ever used ER plumbing and would never use any one else. Garrett is wonderful. He knows his job and answers any questions we ask.
We have had Brennan come out twice for a couple of issues and he worked so hard to ensure that things were fixed. He explained what he was doing while he was doing it and went above and beyond in each thing he did. We are so thankful for him. In a day and age where customer service is greatly lacking, we were so thankful for Brennan and his quality work and excellent customer service.
This is the first time I have called ER Plumbing Services -- and I was completely satisfied with the work that was done, the time it took, and the price. Jason was courteous, likable, and was dressed neatly -- was not afraid to let him into my house. Was pleasant to talk with and was certainly professional. Will certainly call them the next time I need a plumber!
ER Plumbing was extremely quick and professional from the visit to assess and supply a bid to getting the work done. Terry and Garrett did a great job installing both the water and gas lines, very efficient and polite...great personalities too! I recommend them totally!
Jason H just completed a call at our house to fix a shower/tub issue. He was courteous, polite with some good humor on the side. Based on my experience with him today, I am happy to refer ER Plumbing to other people. Thank you!
