I called ER Plumbing due to a leak that was found when someone came out to work on my AC. Garrett came out and was extremely professional and courteous. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what lead to the leak and point out things I needed to consider going forward with the type of pipe I have. He was not pushy and did not try and have me do anything on the spot. I will use ER Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumbing company. My wife and I would highly recommend ER Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs! We had our water heater to begin leaking and needing replacing. The concern and comfort we received from David was very welcoming and his crew, Mike and Johnny, showed extreme courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire process. They had very quick and prompt service and left us back in business with no worries!! Our hats are off to this organization, we really appreciate you guys very much!!
Robin came to replace a leaking garbage disposal and found that the new one wouldn't fit based on the existing pipes. He said he would try to find a comparable disposal to the one I had and would call me after the Memorial Day holiday. I didn't get a call and had to call ER. They told me they couldn't find a similar disposal so my pipes and disposal would have to be replaced. They accommodated my schedule by coming on Saturday. Great service! They were able to fit me in same day on a weekend when we had an issue with our outside faucet. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue, provide a comprehensive explanation of the scope of work and cost, and got it fixed up in no time!
