ER was great from start to finish. I had what I thought was a water heater problem. Called Monday morning - and they dispatched a technician within a couple of hours. Joe was our tech - he was GREAT! Communicated clearly what he was going to do, the service charges to diagnose, etc. Quickly found the problem which was a broken pipe, not the water heater. Gave me an estimate to repair and then when I said go ahead, he had the work done quickly. Highly recommend them!
Thank you ER Plumbing for taking care of my clients. Joe showed up early (but with notice) and he quickly went to work trying to identify our leaking issue. It was kind of a head-scratcher for a bit but he figured out the problem. It was as simple and a little bit of caulking did the trick. He could have told me it was ANYTHING but he didn't. In less than an hour, he diagnosed the problem, repaired it and was out the door.
