Courteous, friendly service! I called first thing in the morning and Joe came out just after lunch. He assessed the situation quickly and was able to get my ailing water heater running again! I forgot just how hot my water SHOULD be! Thanks Joe!!
Jeff M. was able to come out the same day and fix a super clogged drain! No more rain in my foyer! Very knowledgeable and polite. We were impressed and are happy.
We had one of our bath/shower Posi-temp cartridges go out and water was running at full blast (of course on a Saturday morning). I called ER Plumbing and talked with Caitlin, who was very polite and calming. She had Jeff M. come out to repair it, and he arrived very quickly, did the repairs and was great to talk to while doing so. We couldn’t be happier with ER Pluming, and would recommend them highly.
Jeff was great. He was prompt, neat, and courteous. He did a very professional job and showed me the shoddy work my previous flooring companies (2 different companies!) did regarding the flanges and the wax rings and explained why they didn't do the job right. He fixed everything and made it right - just like Holmes on Homes on HGTV!
Joe was a awesome plumber. He took the time to listen to me of the issues that I was having and made recommendations. He took the time to answer my questions so I can make the best decision for what I needed to do. He replaced our water heater for us on a Saturday afternoon. When he was installing the water heater he took the time to explain when I had questions and did not make me feel stupid for the questions that I asked.
