RecommendedER Plumbing, specifically Terry S., came out at the time he was scheduled to arrive and replaced my water heater. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and why I needed a new one. Then he performed the job in a timely and very neat way. Now I plan on a hot shower!!

ER Plumbing did a great job on a water leak in my home. Garrett arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing, assessed the situation, and then gave me a quote. He repaired the damaged pipe quickly and cleaned up afterward. He even took the payment standing in the garage. Then, he was on his way. When I went to my email, the invoice was waiting for me in my inbox. It couldn't have been a better experience. I am very pleased and will recommend ER Plumbing and Garrett to anyone.

Josh was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us the price before fixing the outdoor spigot. He was extremely friendly and honest. He did a great job and we are happy with the results.
