Whenever possible, Jeff will be our go to plumber. He is very personable and knows his stuff!. He showed me steps along the way as he replaced a toilet that was removed and replaced (incorrectly) by a flooring company. He probably saved us thousands of $. He also replaced a faucet. Had a phenomenal experience. We called late Sunday afternoon, the tech immediately called back with an expected timeline, and called again when enroute. When here, he was professional, and took the time to explain the situation, steps to fix it, and what we can do in the future. Very impressed with Nick H.
I was referred to this company just this morning by a commercial plumber who only worked on businesses. I can't sing their praises enough! They not only were able to fit me in on the same day, these too showed up early and could not have been more pleasant!!! They fixed my issue in under 5 minutes and even offered to check out any other issues if I was having them elsewhere. Fast, efficient, courteous, personable and knowledgeable. Mike Walker and ER Plumbing did a great job for us. They came out on New Year's Day and were able to replace our water heater for us after our thermocouple (which was fused in our burner assembly) went out on our 6 year old contractor quality water heater. Mike was pleasant and very professional. Would recommend using them for any plumbing needs you have.
Mike E. from ER Plumbing came out this morning to replace my kitchen faucet that was leaking water all under my sink. I called on Saturday and he was able to come out on Monday!
