We had Terry out to our house to take care of some plumbing matters. He was prompt and very professional. He seems to have a lot of experience and made sure to explain everything he was doing. He took the time to be sure I understood what the problems were and how he would fix them. He also was extremely pleasant and very genuine. Thank you Terry!
I have used E.R. Plumbing Services on multiple occasions and always receive excellent service. Today Terry came by to do our annual plumbing inspection as well as fix several items. He is the ultimate professional. He is knowledgeable and thorough. After his work was done, he left my condo in immaculate condition. He wore slippers to protect my floor and was very careful to pick up all his plumbing residue. Thank you, Terry! You have a lifelong client.
I contacted E.R. Plumbing because I was familiar with their service while working with the ABC Board. The tech who responded to my need was Leonard C. and he provided service as if the company was his. Leonard arrived earlier than I expected and promptly began to survey my problem as a main line blockage. Just received excelllent plumbing service from E R Plumbing Highly reccomend Robin(service tech)
Jason H. came to our condo to fix several issues in our only full bathroom. He was very personable, considerate, and efficient. We have had ER Plumbing out to our building several times and they are always on time, honest and they get the job done correctly without trying to up-charge us. This is not the case with some other plumbing companies, I have found.

I want to give a shout out to Terri from ER Plumbing. I've known Terri for at least 20 years. He is ALWAYS is professional, courteous, considerate, and he knows exactly what he is doing! He has crawled under my very tight crawl space to repair a significant gas leak, and he has repaired my gas logs several times, most recently for a gas leak as well. We were referred to ER Plumbing and could not be happier. Jason H arrived promptly, listened to the problem with the sewer line, asked what had been done previously and took care of clearing the line. He was very professional and respectful of my home. Jason made recommendations for maintaining/replacing the line and also repaired a dripping faucet while he was here. Great job and we will definitely be using again if necessary!
