I called with a problem with a water line and Mike W. came out to diagnose and remedy the problem. He then went out of his way to go through our home and check all the bathrooms, water heaters and sub pump along with the existing water pipes in the house to make sure everything was good to go! He was very thorough, made some recommendations and was a true pleasure to work with, I will call him from now on with all plumbing needs! Love the response time and complete dedication of his work!

My water bill this month was huge so I tested my toilets with the food coloring method and found one of them had a leak. I called ER late Friday morning after reading all the good reviews on Angie's List. Saturday at 8 am sharp, Trinity Helms arrived and fortunately had the part I needed in his truck. Trinity arrived to fix a mysterious whistling sound in the bathroom area. Although I had it on video he knew right what to listen for in the toilet. He fixed the problem and then fixed a broken stopper in sink. Very neat and courteous. Thanks for giving me a quiet bathroom again.
