Terry, installed a new dish washer, what an excellent job he did. He pertected our wood kitchen floor with a heavy cloth. He had every thing he need in hid truck to get the job done. He cleaned up and left the kitchen spotless. Plus he was very personal, very pleasant and answered every Question that we were in doubt of. If I need a plumber again I would certainly asked for him personally to help us out again. This is the second time we have had him and would highly recommend him to others. Each interaction with Lance of ER Plumbing has been exceptional on many levels. You would be hard pressed, in any field, to find someone who communicates the desire and makes the effort to do all that he can for you and your family, in the way that Lance does. We appreciate his knowledge and skill, and consistent willingness to make every extra effort that he can. Lance sets a very high standard for his trade.

Jeff came out to fix a leak that we noticed in our crawl space. Turns out the toilet was installed improperly during a renovation and leaking around the flange that was too low. Thankfully the problem didn't create significant damage to our sub-floor. It was not an easy fix but he got us up and running again. We are grateful for the care and attention to making sure the job was done right. I will be calling Jeff and ER Plumbing again to take care of a few other items in the future.

Lance was able to fix a copper pipe under our home. He was thorough in his work and communicated his plan as he completed each aspect of the procedure. He was most polite and completely helpful. We were "out of commission" for a very short period of time. We appreciated Lance's calls to us prior to his arrival giving us arrival estimates. I think he's an excellent representative for your company. Thanks for helping out.

We have a renta townhouse and we called E.R. Plumbing for an issue Boyce arrived and took care of our situation Boyce was very courteous, well dressed and knowledgeable. We have had work performed in our home and was also very pleased. Highly recommend this company. Debra was outstanding on the telephone when I called.

This is my 3rd call to ER Plumbing Services. Lance is wonderful! Always a great job, fair prices and I never feel like I'm being taken. They set up appts fast and get to you quickly. They are terrific! Ask for Lance!
