Woke up and discovered there was no hot water. Called E.R. Plumbing and Terry came to the house in a few hours, diagnosed the problem with the hot water heater, and fixed it. He also did some cleanup/maintenance on the unit, as part of the service call. Well pleased with the work. Great job, Terry,thanks!
ER Plumbing was terrific. Dave was right on time, so helpful in explaining what needed to be done and why, plus he was extremely personable and went above and beyond. I also felt they were very reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

We had water pouring down our driveway due to a water pipe break near out house. E,R, Plumbing was there in about 3 hours. They were quick, polite, professional and got the job done quickly, even though it was a little complicated. I will continue to recommend them to all my friends. Call they for any of your plumbing needs. They are the best in Charlotte!
