My family have been buying jewellery from Eric Ross for 50 years. I came in to ask questions about some old diamond jewellery and quickly got exactly what I needed; straightforward explanations, clear and honest appraisals and expert, professional advice. Ben and his colleagues were extremely helpful and generous with their time and expertise. Customer service at it's best, just as we have always experienced there. And by the way, my 40 year old engagement ring from Eric Ross still looks beautiful.

Bought our beautiful engagement ring and full diamond wedding band here (at great price) and lost a diamond on the wedding band 6 years later and they (Ben!) fixed free of charge - 100/100

Ben and Heidi assisted me throughout the process, offering clear explanations about a diamonds cut, colour, clarity and carat. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. They never made me feel rushed.
