I would give State Farm 0 stars if I could. A week ago my husband hit a massive pot hole with our 2.5 year old car. We took the car to the dealer to find out both wheel rims on the right side are dented due to the pot hole and the bearings are bent. We have made claims with our city and the state DOT for the pot holes. We called our agent, who informed us that the car would be covered with our comprehensive coverage. Great. I was rear-ended on Jan 25, 2018, by a state farm insured and they pushed my vehicle into another vehicle. Both of these were very low impacts, but my front light was smashed so it was a nondrive. All 3 of us pulled over and the cop issued a ticket to their insured. This insurance company is a joke they will take your money then a month later send you a letter that your insurance will be cancelled. They can't tell you why they are canceling your insurance but they sure can take six month's worth if payments but can't tell you anything. This is not ok it's dangerous, and unfair to client's that pay up front. I would not recommend using STATE FARM INSURANCE. I hope I receive a response for my complaint and that it will not be over looked.
Was involved in an accident 1/16/2018. Now February 20, 2018 still waiting for payment on car that was totaled due to Their drivers Fault. Cancelled our rental car January 27th so have already had to buy a car to get to work. Still have not contacted us about medical bills and time missed from work due to the accident. Again, 100% their clients fault for accident. airbags deployed, citation given for running a stop sign. worst service I've ever seen from an insurance company
Claim number -Re: 55-2465-N02. I am so upset with the way that State Farm in Rancho Cordova, CA. Has handled our fire claim that it’s not even funny. Pretty much everything they have told us or given us to assist with getting our property fixed and to get us back into our house has been a big joke and totally wrong. StateFarm payless in Seattle Never before have I been treated so badly, was hit in my new 2018 Jeep by State Farm insured driver. I took time off work and got two quotes. State farm estimate was about $120.00 less than my quotes. Now State farm wants a supplement form from Auto body shop regarding the difference. I thought simple enough let’s do this thru email…. Today is Feb 13, 2018.... ON NOVEMBER 4 2017 I was hit head on in my brand new truck by a crack head with no insurance in another state. My truck was taken to one of State Farm's "preferred providers" for an estimate and repair. The truck was valued at over 40k so the estimate of 22k was nowhere near the 75% they said they needed to total it - EVEN THOUGH the frame was destroyed. I was told TWO WEEKS for repairs. Garbage insurance. Needed them 2x in 45 years..screwed royally the first time and the second time they didn't even bother to come out to see us to help out with storm damage. They just sent emails saying they wont pay anything...45 years of WASTED cash. Sad...switching insurance ASAP.
