May have saved my life. I saw Dr. Smith for a 2nd opinion after being cleared of cancer through a team at Premier that only recommended a hip replacement. On the hip replacement, Dr. Smith didn't know that I needed it. This is when i learned that something was destroying my bone (no other MD had told me this). Made sense based on what i was feeling. I was not impressed. My elderly mother is very hard of hearing, and instead of showing her compassion Dr. Smith was dismissive and spoke very loudly - as if that would make her hear him better. We went to Premier Orthopedics first, and the only reason why we ended up here was because my mom's friend referred Dr. Smith for a second opinion and it was "Rothman." Not only did he give the same diagnosis we alreaady got from the Premier surgeon, but we also had to pay for parking because his office is at a hospital.
Dr Smith is an excellent doctor. He is through and extremely knowledgeable, patient and caring. He is also a good listener. All grest qualities when you are in pain and need.
Dr Smith is a caring, highly skilled personable physician. He takes the time to fully explain the problem, surgical procedure recommended, and process of recovery. He encourages and listens to your questions. His calm demeanor prior to and following surgery was reassuring. I recommend him highly.
I like Dr. Smith and I think he did a good job on my hip replacement, but his office has terrible scheduling problems. I have waited as much as two hours for a five-minute follow-up appointment.
Dr Smith performed bilateral knee replacement surgery on me and exceeded all my expectations. I recommend him fully and without any reservation.
wait time 2 hours. seriously? "oh he is always an hour behind" If he is always an hour behind, why don't you schedule appropriately. We all have jobs and responsibilities. Why don't you respect your patient's time? You respect our money.
