Dr Smith is such a caring and considerate physician. He replaced by left knee 6 years ago and will replace my right this March. I trust him implicitly with my surgery. His skill is reknown at the institutions where he operates and his bed side manner is unsurpassed.

After seeing a Rothman ortho knee specialist (who was professional and kind) for several years, I was referred to Dr Smith (who was the exact opposite). I eagerly awaited discussing with him the plan to return to mobility in the sports I love. Rather than read my medical info he made many assumptions that simply were not the case. Dr. Smith performed a total hip replacement procedure for me in November of 2021. I am so thrilled with the outcome! Today was my 6 week follow up appointment. As always, Dr. Smith was informative, attentive and encouraging. Every encounter, to date, with Dr. Eric Smith has been a positive and pleasant experience. Four years ago Dr. Smith performed the same surgery for my husband and the results were also exceptional and long lasting. I would highly recommend Dr. Eric Smith for hip replacement surgery.
