Doctor Smith is truly awesome and I can't recommend him highly enough. I can walk now with ZERO pain in my left knee, something I hadn't been able to do in many years. I had forgotten how amazing it feels to be living without pain. He and his staff are all wonderful and dedicated and I can not thank them all enough for giving me a pain free life back.
Upon meeting him for the first time, Dr. Smith ranted at me how he could not do anything with my knee because of all the other things previous docs had done to it. I have never been spoken to with such distain. He was unprofessional and very rude.

He was concerned about me before and after surgery. The 1st hip went great, and had the 2nd one done. In healing process now.
Best hospital experience I have ever had. Already highly recommending the total experience. A+
I am very grateful to Dr. Eric Smith for being willing to perform a much-needed hip replacement for me even though I was referred to him as a higher than average risk patient. Dr. Smith was straight with me about possible risks but exuded a calm confidence that he could help me. I am thrilled to have now realized my goal of much less pain (none in my hips!) and much greater mobility due to my successful hip surgery.

I consulted with Dr Smith for my knee. Unkind, uncaring, didn't listen, arrogant, the man actually said I should be grateful I don't have cancer instead of simply needing a TKR. He actually said I should be glad I'm not 18 years old and facing the same problem (my advanced age is 55), because THEN it would be sad. He might be an excellent surgeon...but not on MY knee. Taking my business elsewhere.
