Great Doctor takes time to explain everything. Dr Smith replaced my right knee 5 years ago was excellent then and is still the same today. I am going to have my left knee done so he again took the time to show me how the knee is done and how it will look on X-ray . Dr. Smith also has a piece that looks like a knee with the replacement in it, so I also had a visual concept which is easier for me to understand. I would recommend and have recommended Dr Smith to various people. Alyse Benson
I met Dr Smith ten years ago when he operated on my daughter and we were impressed with him then now that I need to address an issue with my knee I sought him out and I am very happy I did do so. He is very conscientious and very thorough answering all of our questions and explaining the pros and cons of knee replacement. I feel that I am in very capable hands, his nurse Kim is a gem.
Had a great experience with my hip replacement! It’s only been six weeks and I’m already walking without a cane or pain. Dr. Smith was easy to talk to and addressed all my questions and concerns with details and a smile.
VERY rude and arrogant to my mother in the hospital. Before even having an MRI to confirm what was wrong he was ranting about a hip replacement or maybe pins. I asked him to please wait to see what the results showed he kept continuing to talk about what it might be scaring my mother. She was so upset and he did not care. He just kept talking and then left the room. It upset her so much she asked to be discharged to go find another doctor. No compassion whatsoever.
From the moment I met with Dr. Smith in a semi urgent situation, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. He prepared me for every scenario for my upcoming possibly complicated hip surgery. The outcome was excellent, thanks to him! The interaction with office staff from the front desk, to his MA, Misty and his PA Derek Grabert was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Eric Smith!!
Dr. Smith replaced my hip 2 years ago and I would recommend him to anyone. Wonderful doctor, caring and thorough, he took the time to get to know me as a person not just a patient and recommended treatment personally.
Amazing doctor! He has done both my hip replacements, very skilled, knowledgeable and caring. Explained thoroughly the entire process and answered all of my questions as well as my husbands. He is a top notch surgeon and I highly recommend him.
