Amazing experience. Dr Smith was great, He kept me informed throughout the process. I’d recommend Dr. Smith and the Rothman team 100% .
All clinical and administrative staff were responsive, polite, organized and made my experience as pleasant and efficient as possible
I had a total knee replacement. 6 weeks later and things are doing great. Dr Smith did a great job. Explained the whole process and what to expect.
He is arrogant, dismissive, and refused to listen to my reason for seeing him. I was referred to him by another physician to treat an issue. My explanations of my issues were sloughed off, and informed by him that he spent 5 minutes explaining his theory. He was appalled that I did not interpret my MRI correctly. I have a BS degree in English, not medicine. If he were the last doctor on earth, I would not go to him.
The very best and caring doctor I have ever knows. He provides a comfort level unequaled and is thorough and clear regarding procedures he offers with great follow up.
Dr. Smith, I have to say Thank You!!! Because you were booked up till Late September and I didn’t have an appointment with you, but you was in the building and you came to check on me, after another Doctor asked. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your kindness. Thanks Again
Dr. Smith was not rushed nor did he have the attitude that orthopedists in Delaware seem to have. He heard what I had to say, explained why I was getting varying information from the doctors I had already consulted, explained what to expect in the future and answered all of my questions. When I’m ready for a knee replacement, he’s going to be my first choice.
He takes the time to explain procedure, Great bedside manners personable and a very talented surgeon I highly recommend him.
He did a terrible job on my hip replacement. I am in excruciating pain every day, all day and night.
