A great gym full of great people. The coaches are very friendly and attentive. No matter what age or ability, you will feel cared for and looked after as you learn new skills and test the limits of your strength & endurance. Great community too!

Brilliant gym for all abilities. Friendly coaches, great people, and challenging workouts that help you push your limits. I still can’t decide what’s harder — the workouts, or pretending to be awake at 7am. Shout-out to the 7am legends — thanks for always showing up half-asleep, fully committed, and ready to suffer burpees with me. I highly recommend Equip CrossFit . You will not regret it.
