Hired Alan and the team to install 3 lintels above the windows that we are going to be replacing. The team were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Alan went extra mile and had one of the lintels reinforced without any additional cost to us which was a nice surprise. We have more work in the house that will need doing and we will definitely be contacting Alan for more quotes. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We needed a replacement floor due to rotted floor joists. Equilibrium replaced the floor put in air bricks and redecorated throughout . They did a first class job, to a very high standard, were always on time and were very courteous. Highly recommended.

Alan and his team completed some exterior repairs for me on my home. From quote to completion of work they were honest and professional. Alan and is team was professional, efficient and courteous. They removed the fireplace, making good the wall and flooring, replacing skirting with minimum fuss. Cleaning up as they completed each stage. A great set of craftsman i would be happy to use again.
