It’s my MOST favourite shop officially! I come here like every month on Saturdays with my auntie, we are both homeopaths practicing nearby - so i always come to EpicZen for soaps, candles, stones, amulets, scents... all sorts of things that make me happy. This is a beautiful shop and I was having a lovely experience with a customer server called Stella who was amazing. That was until the other server * I HOPE THATS NOT THE OWNER intervened and ruined what was intended as a gift of a few extra mini gemstone bags and caused a fuss. I spent a fortune today and the other person made a point in front of me about 50p. I recently visited EpicZen Healthshop and was thoroughly impressed by their selection and service. The store is well-organized and stocks a wide variety of health products, from supplements to organic snacks.
