I started with the six week challenge !!! Not only did I reach the goal but I crushed it. I decided to stick to it. I am never bored !!! I am doing things that were difficult for me and now I am not hesitant trying new moves and exercises. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for something new and unique !!!
They say it takes 21 days to start a habit, and I gotta say that the Epic Hybrid Training is a habit I’m glad to have . I took the 6 week challenge that has totally changed my life by eating healthy foods and incorporating high intensity training that never gets boring. Mauricio and Cassidy have amazing energy and are always motivating us to do more. When I joined this gym and took my first class I was addicted! I really believe that it has made me stronger and always look forward to the next class . Mauricio and Cassidy are the best, and as a member I feel like everyone there connects with each other and we are definitely a family.
Coaches are the best the place is very well taking care of I drive from Tampa just to train here because there so amazing! Thanks Epic for helping me change/improve my life !
