I started going to one of the kickboxing classes run by Rakan in Clevedon and loved the community and development he fostered in class. So much so I've also started going to classes in Portishead run by Emma and George. Such a great space, with amazing coaches who are truly committed to their students' success. Love telling people about Epic and what they do. Such an amazingly supportive community that builds confidence, all of which is absolutely embodied by the coaches.
I'm 2.5 weeks in to the Body Transformation course at EPIC and I'm already seeing the benefits. I've lost weight, but more importantly I've learnt to love exercise! The whole team are encouraging and inclusive. I have no doubt that I will join as a member after this course has finished!
This gym is second to none in terms of friendliness, enthusiasm, knowledge and facilities. Andy, Rakan and the team go out of their way to make all newcomers feel welcome and always on hand to offer advice and support. So pleased to have chosen Epic for my rehab and return to fitness.
