Asked for layers that framed the face and looked like the picture with the blonde hair. Came out with a chunk cut off, picture with the brunette hair…I think that explains my one star. I’d give 0 starts if I could. And I got told by Enzo himself that this wasn’t a bad cut? Refund refused. They offered to restyle. Absolutely not! Do not trust any of the stylists at Enzo’s salon after this. It took a long time for my hair to grow and be a blank canvas for this layered cut.
