Eye brow waxing. Very disappointed. I always go there for nails but today it was Eyebrow waxing. The lady who did my eyebrows did not seem interested at all. Did not even shape my eyebrows. Not friendly either. Am so disappointed

I had LVL and brow tint with Jade and am thrilled with the result. Best LVL ive had. I don't have them often but envy will be be my go to. I'm so pleased, im tempted to get my nails done there now too. Thanks Jade, super pleased 😘

Have been using these for the last 10+years but the last 12 months I book appointments for no reason. They are constantly taking walk ins before your appointment meaning you need to wait again. What’s the point in an appointment?! The standard of nails has also dropped. My nails were always great, never chipped, always looked great yet lately they have stated lifting and can be bumpy. Bumpy and not in shape. Lady got quite rude when I pointed out the bumps and imperfections. Also charged me for a new full set when I asked for infill. They said they were to long for an infill but did not tell me this before I went to pay. Chaos when 5 people all turned up for a 2pm appointment and not enough staff to deal with them. Won't be returning
