Elaine has been cutting and colouring my hair for many years and I have complete confidence in her. Have had lots of compliments from others saying how good my hair looks. Lovely friendly salon

Nothing but stress. I am extremely disappointed to say that I placed an order with Nikita aesthetics which never arrived. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but my inquiries have either been ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses. It has now been weeks since I placed my order, and I still have no idea when or if it will arrive. I WANT MY MONKEY BACK! How can it take 7 months to still be waiting for refund for a product that never turned up! Nikita shouldn’t be allowed to trade and I hope Envisage are happy to let a scam artist trade on their premises! Shame on you! I would strongly advise anyone who is considering using Nikita looks elsewhere for their treatments.
