Well... I was lied to. The salesman came to my door asking to see my bill and said with a serious face "Oh you're overpaying WAY too much". They told me I would end up paying c7.5/kWh if I switched over to them saving me money on my electric bill. I get my welcome packet today and guess what! Turns out I'm gonna end up paying the same exact amount and some! They sweet talk you into this promising a lower rate but tell you nothing about the two extra "TDU Delivery Charges" basically you're paying another half bill on the side... read more

I signed up for service with Entrust to start in July. I never recieved any type of bill and my service was disconnected in Oct. I called, explained to them they had not sent a bill, paid in full all money and signed up for text message alerts. I got a disconnect notice in the mail the following day Less than 2 weeks later I got next bill in the mail. ( No Text ( Average kw hr charge was 4.4 cents higher than promised, Called customer service to find out why there was text and my rate was higher than promised and representat... read more

Amazing company. Their sales agents are so helpful, they helped me cut my bill by almost half and green energy too.

I switch to entrust energy 3 months ago and since I signed on my bills are higher and higher each month. Their *** charges are ridiculous. I called the company to see if I could switch to a different plan as I told them my son has a major medical condition and can't afford their high bills. I asked for a supervisor to see if they would waive the penalty fee or reduce the fee because I have two electric accounts. They were willing to help me out. I was better off paying the $ 300.00 penalty on both accounts than to stay with ... read more

The guy that came to my house was very rude, because I specially told him I was not interested in switching electric companies. He kept on and on. I have his name and I am going to file a complaint.

ive been with entrust for 7 yrs now and afew times that i had to call customer service they was nice and fast to fixs what i called about and it was fixed before i hanged up. my bills are alot lower then the electric companie that i switched from but i do pay my bills from my bank pay and its there the next day. so u can say im happy with them

I have been with this company now for 3 years ( my 2nd renewal will be over in april of 2018) and I have had no problems with them. I have had a few issues paying on line but they worked it out after contacting them of the situation and it was fixed by the time I needed to pay again the following month. I have been very pleased with their service. I dont like the 2 year contract, i do wish they offered a shorter contract. Over all I am very pleased with Entrust and I had my doubts switching to them since I had never heard of... read more

An Entrust Sales representative came to my door today and totally misrepresented why they were at my door with some **** about a mandatory survey by a consumer protection agency. I refused to show them my utility bill and the person would not take no for an answer. I closed the door in her face TWICE before she got the point and left. Dishonesty in purpose will always tick me off.

Automated system is terrible. Cannot get through and their office is closed at 7 pm. When making a payment the automated system tells you what day you can pay.
