I was denied a lease and they never refunded my security deposit of 250 dollars. Everytime I call the leasing staff make up lies to avoid returning my check.
Hi ******** been over 2 months and we are without heating in **** Apartment in *********, **.There seems to be no solution to the issue and we get apology emails while we face winter without heating. This is taking a toll on our health. Please contact as I was unable to find an email to file a formal complaint with Greystar.

Very irresponsible and bad management service. I've applied to ****** apartment managed by Greystar in November 2022 to move in January 2023 and got approved. Then in December they call me I cannot move in because all elevators were down for the entire January. They said they can cancel my application and refund me the application fee, security deposit and administrative fee. Greystar Property Management allowed a manager to wrongfully terminate my employment because I am a African ******** male. I have lived in my apartment for 6 years and never had an issue till this company took over. They raised my rent by $200, assigned parking costs all of a sudden that are not listed in my lease. They say the previous management lost all the paperwork stating my rent and that my Apt was lower in rent due to never being renovated.
