I ended up homeless and this apartment complex will not give me my money back . They are the ones who were helping me step by step to pay for an apartment and after they knew we were 6 people they said in the beginning I can get a 2 bed room then they said no . I would like to share my experience with Paseo on University for anyone who is thinking about applying for a residence there. Before applying I looked into the available units that they had and three different representatives confirmed that they had their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units available, not just to me, but also to my roommate that was applying as well. We have lived at Overlook Ridge for a few years with no issues until greystar took over a year ago. Ever since greystar took over, it's been one thing after another with the leasing office and their service. This apartment complex is understaffed and not very responsive, upon numerous voicemails and emails. The office only answers their main line phone sometimes. They will also not give their corporate contact information upon request, to submit a complaint. I only lived here for a couple months and in that time, they gave my parking spot away that I was paying for monthly, the elevators broke every other week and it took days to reconcile and fix, and a skunk got into the elevator, not to mention there is no parking for guests.... read more

I moved out of the property called Generations ******* managed by Greystar Property a year ago and I still have not received a balanced owed to me. The assistant manager and manager have not been able to resolve the matter after several communications and have ignored my emails since. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY: GREYSTAR OWNED APARTMENTS. I moved from this place last year and Greystar (having just purchased the place) is one of those parasitic evil companies that prey on the poor and less fortunate. I was retaliated against and given a notice to vacate, due to a situation with the lady in the front office named ******. The situation had nothing to do with her initially. Her daughter caused damages to my vehicle, i was so kind an willing to work with her, instead of doing what is right I received a knock at my door with a notice to vacate.
