Excellent, Excellent, Excellent! I usually rent from Enterprise because I have several discounts to utilize (however, I was in such a urgent need for a car this time I forgot to use my AAA or ATF). Anyway, I reserved my car early Friday morning using my phone......reservations accepted for LAX because some of the other facilities I usually pick up cars did not have cars available....no problem. Not what I expect from Enterprise. Overall service was fine, but only shortly after did I discover that some standard features (USB ports, namely) had been removed from the car as I was supposed to pay a daily fee for what is a standard feature in today's cars. Also, the transport shuttle was slow to pick up from the arrival's area, as others have pointed out.

We visit the LA area from NY 3-4 times each year as we have 2 grandchildren east of here. The discovery of this Enterprise rental terminal has been a revelation for us. This is truly how car rentals should be run. Frequent pickups at the terminals of LAX, a cluster of kiosks always with a cordial young staffer to assist if needed, a simple yet complete computer driven checkin system, a choice of cars waiting right outside the offices and still another cordial and competent young staffer to assist in checking out the vehicle ... read more

I have rented from this location many times. Not once have i had any problems getting my car, Im usually in and out inless then 10 minutes. Returning the car is even quicker, i was done in less then a minute. Which makes it very convenient. I dont plan on using any other car company.

These guys are great, they made it so easy for me to get my car and return it.. helped me get a discount using my AAA card... I will never go anywhere else to rent a car!! you rock enterprise, and you cant beat the price!!

Excellent service, particularly on return of the car. Fast easy, and they took us to our hotel as a favor, so that we didn't need to spend money on a cab. Airport shuttle could be a little more frequent, but otherwise I would use them again

It was easy and fast. I had a slight problem . I thought the camero conv would work and when my luggage would not fit . they changed me out to the mustang conv with no problem . thanks for the excellent service
