Hands down best experience and the manger Augie and his staff made my insurance rental as easy as I could imagine. They were all very helpful, efficient, professional and friendly at this location. They had my vehicle ready and waiting all I had to do was over look the vehicle, sign on a iPad, give them my insurance card and credit card and down the road I went. Best rental experience in a long time! Thank you!!

I've already put in my complaint with them, but just know the people there In the office and the customer service line on Jan 31st didn't follow policy to get me in my rental..Won't suggest to anyone. Actually thinking of starting my own business to actually help people without sending them through unnecessary hoops for certain people. Come to find out today they didn't follow procedures at all and Ruined my whole day!

If I could give this location no stars I would. While on vacation Our truck broke down on a holiday,. I called Enterprise to schedule a pick up and they never showed. When I finally made it to the location they were closed. (Closed early for the holiday). The next day I went to the branch and the Manager said he was too busy to answer the phones, The escalation dept did nothing for us. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. No call back, therefore I called corporate. I would never do business with this branch again.

I have used this location twice so far. Troy helped with my rental last time. He is a professional man and does exceptional work in this location. Overall it was a very pleasing experience.

Everyone at this location has been amazing to work with. I rent cars a lot and have never gotten such great service at any location or with any company. The manager Will does a great job leading his people.

Edit: The manager contacted me personally and worked with me to rectify the problems that I had regarding my rentals. I had three cars in the span of 14 days. None of the cars had gas in them when I got them, so I immediately had to stop and fill them up. One had a chip in the windshield when I got it. The second was dirty inside. The third car smelled like cigarette smoke and ended up with a flat tire alarm going off, which is what led me to take the car back early. We have used this location before. We were repeat customers. The rental was completely getting paid by the insurance company. after my wife was picked up and brought to their office to pick up our vehicle, we were told they were fees that we would have to be put in place for. That were waived last time but however by the new branch manager "Jonathan " , he would not budge or waiver proceeded to disrespect my wife , say "whatever "and walk off.
